Maria Robinson, MD, MBA
Dr. RobinsonĀ is a board certified Dermatologist and Dermatopathologist with over 15 years of experience across academic, private practice, and telehealth settings. She completed her medical degree at Penn State University, her dermatology residency training at Case Western Reserve University, where she served as a Chief Resident, and her dermatopathology fellowship at New York University. While on faculty at NYU, she was awarded the "Teacher of the Year" by the Dermatology residents.Ā Most recently, Dr. Robinson has spent the last 6 years working with Dermpath Diagnostics outside Philadelphia.Ā Ā
Dr. Robinson is passionate about improving health and patient care through education. She is the Founder and Course Director of DermPath for Advanced Practice Clinicians, and also authors the regular column "Pearls From the Scope: What Your Dermatopathologist Wants You to Know" in the Journal of Clinical and Aesthetic Dermatology NP+PA Perspectives.
Dr. Robinson also works as a consultant to health tech companies and as a medical writer for several healthcare information companies. She is active in the philanthropic community and has served on several national non-profit boards.
